Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You can use BizeeBee on a month-to-month basis, and cancel anytime.
Do I need a credit card to signup?
No. We will bill you according to your usage. e.g. If you have added more than 10 members and are using the online store you’ll be on the BumbleBee plan.
How do I pay for BizeeBee?
You will receive a PayPal invoice and can using your PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay using a credit card.
Why do I only get to add 10 students for free?
We know members come and go, but to cover the cost of hosting and backing up your data every month we ask you to pay.
How do I know my data is safe and secure?
We perform hourly backups of your data, encrypt it, and store it on a password-protected server.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
Yes. We’ll check which features you’ve used at the end of the month and bill you accordingly.
